Martyn Kingsford, (Co-opted Member and Honorary Policy Advisor)

Martyn is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing
He started his career in Nottingham Council over 40 years ago.
For Six years, from 1995 to 2001 Martyn was Chief Executive of Kensington and Chelsea TMO and prior to that he was their director of housing from 1984.

His career covers senior appointments in the GLC as Manager of Thamesmead and in Lambeth from 1977 to 1979.
For eight years Martyn was Policy Advisor to the London Boroughs Association and Co Chair of the London Homeless Working Party.
Martyn Chairs Richmond Churches Housing Trust and has, over 30 years, Chaired two other RSL,s.

He is a member of the London Housing Federation Executive Committee and sits as a member of RICS Residential Panel.
Martyn Has been Hon Policy Advisor to TAROE since 2000.
