Tenant Services Authority - are the regulator for affordable housing. Their goal is to raise the standard of services for tenants across the sector. We are working closely with the TSA in their engagement with tenants as part of the National Conversation to ensure that the new standards framework is aligned with the aspirations of tenants and residents.

Communities and Local Government -is working to help people and local agencies create cohesive, attractive, and economically vibrant communities.

We are working to ensure communities are capable of fulfilling their own potential and overcoming their own difficulties, including community conflict, extremism, deprivation and disadvantage. We aim to empower communities to respond to challenging economic, social and cultural trends. Our involvement in the CLG's Tenant Empowerment Grant programme is assisting with this process.

TAROE is also playing a major role in the establishment of the National Tenants Voice, and currently has three places on the NTV Project Group.

Homes and Communities Agency - is the national housing and regeneration agency.

Their role is to create opportunity for people to live in high quality, sustainable places. They provide funding for affordable housing, bring land back into productive use and improve quality of life by raising standards for the physical and social environment.

The HCA are undertaking a national tenant consultation process called the Single Conversation and TAROE will work to engage with its members so that they may influence the manner in which the HCA delivers its servioces moving forward.

The National Federation of Tenant Management Organisations (NFTMO) - represents management co-operatives, estate management boards, and other forms of tenant management organisations in England.

The NFTMO are a key partner of TAROE, and we are working together in the development of a National Tenant Voice. 

The Confederation of Co-operative Housing - is the UK organisation for housing co-operatives, tenant-controlled housing organisations and regional federations of housing co-operatives.

The CCH are a key partner of TAROE, and we are working together in the development of a National Tenant Voice.

HouseMark - HouseMark is dedicated to improving housing standards. It is the social housing sector’s leading provider of performance improvement and value for money services.

TAROE is a strong supporter of the services provided by HouseMark. They provide a range of key services that are being used to drive up the standards and quality of services for tenants and residents.
